I have spent the last 2 hours looking at financials. One REIT I believe in particular is low risk, has growth, and is selling pretty much for tangible book value. I will dig in a little more and post later. My last REIT I invested in although it didn't deliver stellar #'s it did deliver double digit yearly returns. (RWT) Now I have my eye on one but I must do more diligence to decide whether I should buy and post. (I want to go see how they maintain properties here locally they own...
Redwood trust (RWT) by the way has cratered since I posted and sold. RWT looks very cheap now but I worry about the long term for Redwood Trust.
